Grocery Gateway App Reviews

I am a loyal longos customer and have been using grocery gateway since inception. This app is really terrible. It hangs and freezes and provides no user feedback as to the problem. Please think of your customers and improve it soon.

This app is terrible. Lots of pages wouldnt load. Had to use my laptop to do the order instead.

Every time I need to add or remove an item from the cart it takes a long time to process.

New version keeps asking me to reset my password. Deleting. Thanks for the memories.

Cant even use this app. Pages dont load and it is so slow and hard to navigate.

Cant even login. everytime you try it tries to reset your password. The app is a total fail.

How was this app even released? You have some serious performance issues as your data isnt loading at all and Im on wifi. All you get is an infinitely loading spinner, then a time out. Noticing the same behavior on your website as well. Your apis need some serious rework. Disappointed, as I was looking forward to using the delivery service but cant and will likely not try again.

Feedback to actions is terrible from selection to adding items to cart. Never quite sure if a product has been added to the cart and how many were added. Confirmation of purchase at end has poorly placed buttons for placing an order. The app is slow and unresponsive. If you have nothing better to do use this app to order groceries.

The old app was ok, this one doesnt even slightly function. Ive tried and failed to place an order a few times and gave up. Will never use it again

Its great to see such a nicely polished app created by a local Toronto developer, Unata. App works great, and Grocery Gateways service is great too. Now if only Unata could convince Loblaws or Metro to start a similar service.

Love Grocery Gateway, love this app! Would love it to be a universal app though.

This app is like the future of food shopping, if food companies included delivery they would make tons of money if of course they have delivery charge and also less pollution as people dont have to go to the food market on cars all the time

The app looks so much better than the website! Pretty big flaw that my password isnt masked when I login though...

Limited to where they ship dont download

I, and many others, who suffer from food allergies will be unable to use this service fully. Many products ingredient lists dont contain the allergy statements about what a product may have contacted. Other products dont have ingredients listed at all. Otherwise it seems like a great app. Ive known about the service for a while now but just took a closer look via this app. Very easy to browse products. It may be limited or unavailable in your area though.
